Sorrento is located on one of the most spectacular spots of Italy’s South West, right above the Tyrrhenian Sea.

Thanks to its enchanting position and its mild climate, Sorrento has been a favorite holiday resort since Roman times and an élite tourist area from the 18th century.

The city is easily reachable via car, train or plane. Naples airport is only 46 km away from Sorrento, which also has a tiny port, Marina Piccola, with regular hydrofoil services to Ischia, Capri, Procida and Naples.

• By plane: Airport of Naples Capodichino (46 km away);
• By car: Follow directions to Penisola Sorrentina on the A1 motorway Rome-Naples, then take the A3 motorway Salerno-Reggio Calabria and take motorway exit Castellammare di Stabia; follow on Coast Road 145 until you reach sorrento centre;
• By train: From Naples main railway station, take the local train line Circumvesuviana that stops in the centre of Sorrento, just a few minutes on foot away from the hotel door;
• By hydrofoil: From Naples port Molo Beverello take the hydrofoil to Sorrento port Marina Piccola, not far from the city centre and from the hotel door.
